We receive your request and the Director is notified.
A member of the SOGL team calls you within 48 hours.
If there is a fit, we schedule a conversation with the Director.
You receive a formal offer of a place in the cohort.
Small by design.
Cohort size is deliberately small. Selection is based on the quality and diversity of professional experience each fellow brings. Every fellow contributes to the learning of those around them.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The December 2026 cohort is now forming.
